Goal: Help participants learn grounding techniques, nervous system regulation tools, and everyday practices to support mental health and wellbeing.

Core Themes:

  • Caring for mental health is an ongoing practice, not waiting for a crisis.

  • Grounding and somatic tools can reconnect us to our bodies when stress or trauma takes over.

  • Community care networks can hold us when we can’t hold ourselves.

  • These are skills for preventative care, responsive care may look different.
